Wondering what it takes to become a strong woman? Strong women have a kind of vibe, strength and physical looks, they have a specific definition. You can easily identify a strong woman when you see her.

Being a strong woman has nothing to do with keeping fit or doing exercise. Also it does not involve staging fight or being violent.

HERE ARE THE 7 WAYS TO BECOME A STRONG WOMAN

1. IDENTIFY WITH GROUP OF STRONG WOMEN:

There is a saying ” show me your friend and i will show you who you are” the group of people you associate with have good roles to play in your mental development. Identifying with strong women helps give you a purpose and easy definition of life. They help strengthen and build your desired life. Try to mingle with purpose. Choose your friends and choose the right ones.

2. DON’T ALWAYS PLAY A VICTIM: 

Women are known for weakness and playing victims in all situations, try to be strong no matter what crosses your path. Try to protect your self esteem, and be ready to render assistance even when you look incapacitated, this will help people see you beyond the womanhood believe and they may also trust and respect your judgement.

3. DON’T WAIT FOR HELP EVERY TIME:

Try to attempt your problems before needing help, they may be minor things you can do, stop sitting under the tent of “I AM A WOMAN ” so i can’ do anything myself.

4. SEEK RIGHT ATTENTION:

Women misplace priorities a lot when it comes to them determining right attention. Well, seeking attention is good, in fact it is nice to want attention, but how do you seek for the right attention? First, find out what attention you want from people and define it.

Know what you want and stick to your values. Don’t settle for anything just because of who or where it is coming from.

5. KEEP CHALLENGING YOURSELF: 

 Keep putting your faculty of consciousness and thought (mind) to work. Don’t be idle, challenge yourself with new tasks and deadlines with set goals. This will help you achieve so much in less time.

6. DON’T DEPEND ON OTHERS FOR YOUR HAPPINESS: 

Some persons are easily emotionally blackmailed.They attribute their happiness to a person or group of people, I hear women say ” this person is my joy and happiness” apparently you are saying without this person/people you will remain unhappy.

STOP!! No one deserves the right to your happiness, you are in charge, you only decide to share your joy and happiness with people  not the other way round.

7. DEVELOP EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL STRENGTH:

Try to understand that the word “WEAKNESS” attached to the female gender is actually passive and shouldn’t be allowed to over rule your embedded strengths.

Women should be stronger because they pay more attention to emotion and they understand ways to tackle them.
