4 REASONS WHY YOU ARE A WOMAN
According to research 70% of girls/women have asked this question unconsciously or maybe consciously.
Should we say it is natural when you find yourself wondering why you are a woman? circumstances arise, imagine how you gotta struggle to meet up duties and responsibilities around you, maybe trying to prove a point that you can do it, or because of the regular said adage “What a man can do, a woman can do even better”. You are caught between trying to equal the male gender. These are things men literally take their time to achieve and with ease.
Many women renounce the gender, [ laughs ]. If they can make a wish, they wouldn’t be female.
I engaged a clients about her stands on being a woman, let’s call her M
M said if she had her way she wouldn’t be a woman. “I’ve not done transgender because of my religion” she said, she further explained how women naturally face humiliation from the opposite sex and the society. “In my next generation ( if at all they is) I will be a man” she concluded rather sadly.
This question “why you are a woman” has no direct answer. In this article, I will share with us 4 reasons why you are a woman.
The essence of this article is to make you understand the importance of your gender and maybe awaken your mind to possible big things you can achieve.
Once upon a time, I had the same feeling and my self-esteem actually suffered, this is a story for another day(sobs). These reasons I’m about to share with you gave me a proper knowledge of my gender and it really helped me and I hope it helps you too (dancing)
4 REASONS WHY YOU ARE A WOMAN
You are a woman because:
- YOU ARE A CARETAKER
Most women hate to hear this. It sounds like one of those ancients statement attributed to a girl child “Women education ends in the kitchen” and probably the bedroom (winks). Today woman wants to be A WOMAN AND MORE https://chat.whatsapp.com/DkCNgcHNfiJ2vhNUXSfKMz
Nevertheless, women are naturally made to care for children, home and aged people. Regardless of how much the world have evolved, no mother wish to raise ill mannered children.
- . YOU ARE AN EDUCATOR:
This is overly the most important. Women make good teachers. The reproductive hormones you secrete gives you a sense of motherhood, it does not matter if you have children or not.
You know when a steward under your tutelage needs more guidance as to doing well in their education and choosing the right career for their future.
Take out Women from Education sector and I bet you, the system will crumble completely. There’s actually more to education than just teaching a child and Woman fit in even more.
When undeveloped countries advocate for more teachers to be employed to the sector, we should also consider the number of female teachers to me more.
I was employed to take some children home lesson in my neighborhood, I realized many teachers could not take up lessons with the kids for too long because they probably had a bad foundation for English and mathematics, so teaching an Eight year old primary summation and two letter words was strange so the previous teachers left.
The previous teachers were males and will naturally not have the enthusiasm to start all over. But I was a woman, I assumed they were my siblings. Although it took so much time and energy.
- YOU ARE THE WORKFORCE:
Against the common opinion that women don’t have a place in the work force, women are now taking high paying jobs and careers like Managing directors of big companies and medicine/law respectively. Most prestigious universities like Cambridge University only fully validated degrees for women late in 1947. Can you imagine?
Women are the disciplinarians in work forces, you need a job done fast and accurately? Get a trained Woman.
Most women are restricted by tradition, culture and religion, but 75% of countries today have Women_in_the_workforce.
This reason has nothing to do with cajoling a woman to join the workforce against powers that be (Tradition and Religion).
- YOU ARE A VOLUNTEER:
I am a volunteer so I write this with understanding.
Since high school days, I have volunteered for few organizations and am still volunteering for reputable organizations. In my discovery, Women volunteer more. Just as one our 4 reasons why you are a woman, being a woman is being a caretaker. Women understand plights, situations and problems.
They always know when and how to proffer solutions.
Women should be in the helm of affairs in Voluntary organizations. Because for assignments, they return with great results.
I know growing organizations (Voluntary) that are owned by women, this organizations are doing great. They records tremendous successes in all their outreaches and programmes.
Organization like ( brencare-foundation, sofadondo.com) are headed by women.
Some women spend more time trying to proof to the society how great and more powerful they are than the Man. Oh dear, you don’t need any of that.
Knowing why you are a woman entails more than the gender equality we preach which has blinded us. You should figure out what you can do that can create lasting impact in your personal life, the society etc
This article has taken me down memory lane. As children in Sunday school (church), we will raise our voices so loud singing “Jesus love the girls” and the boys will follow with their echo “He loves the boys” This fight for superiority was instilled by the society. A female child naturally thinks she’s less of a person.
I counsel so many depressed young girls, and from their stories you get to find out that parents have killed their self-esteem. parents are the first cause of a girl child not realizing her real identity. The identity of greatness irrespective of gender not because she wants to be superior but she is just doing the right things and affecting the world positively.
One of my subordinates told me how she was tortured and deprived of education, because her parents felt she was a woman and as such she was of no use (this is the case of many growing teenagers )
